Chick-fil-A Cow Calendars

Our 2009 Cow Calendars will be available only from September 1, 2009 to Feb 1, 2009. They are on a first come first serve basis due to the limited about available. All Calendars contain over $35.00 of FREE Chick-fil-A Food (Basically they pay for themselves).

How it works:

  • Organization to Read and Sign “Cow Calendar Sales Agreement”
  • A deposit of $1.75 per calendar is paid and held by Chick-fil-A (for the two weeks). If not all calendars are sold within the two week time frame.
    • Return remaining unsold Calendars. (to Chick-fil-A)
    • Refund of the $1.75 per Calendar not sold (to participating group)
    • You may re-check out unsold calendars if desired
  • You will have 2 weeks to sell 100 Calendars. Suggested Retail Price $6.00 per Calendar.
  • Dollar Breakdown Example (at $6.00 Retail Price)
    $6.00 each — 100 Wrapped Cows $600.00
    $1.75 to Chick-fil-A Arrowhead (To help cover cost of Cow) ($175.00)
    Potential Profit $425.00

Spirit Nights

Details
  • Monday & Tuesday
  • 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m.
  • Spirit Night Cow Stickers (Provided to students in K-4th grade).
  • Special appearance by the Chick-fil-A Cow at school the morning of your Spirit Night to greet everyone.
    We have found that when the Cow makes very short classroom visits to generate excitement, your Spirit Night substantially increases (Recommend K-4th Grade).

Special appearance by the “The Chick-fil-A Cow” the morning and evening of your Spirit Night. Appearances on the morning announcements and short classroom visits will generate excitement and increase your Spirit Night Sales.

Special Events
  • Shakin' With The Principal - How about having the principal or a favorite teacher take shake orders and serve the students - add a TIP jar and you have just generated more funds for your school.
  • Drive Thru Incentive - A FREE Chick-fil-A coupon will be given to each car.
  • Grade Competition - FREE Chick-fil-A Coupons will be awarded to the grade that generates the most people attending Spirit Night. (Last year this event generated an average of $100 more for the evening).

  • Milkshake Brain Freeze
  • Frozen T-Shirt Contest
  • (2 contestants per contest - Principals and/or Teachers - This year Special Gifts will be given to volunteers who participate in the contests)
Flyers
  • Chick-fil-A will customize Special flyers for your school. (School provides copies)

Wrap A Cow

How it works:

  • Organization to Read and Sign “Wrap a Cow Agreement”
  • A deposit of $1.00 per cow is paid and held by Chick-fil-A (for the two weeks). If not all cows are sold within the two week time frame:
    • Return remaining unsold Wrapped Cows. (to Chick-fil-A)
    • Refund of the $1.00 per cow not sold (to participating group)
  • Pick a morning for you and some friends to come to Chick-fil-A Arrowhead for your cow wrapping party. (Scheduled only during the morning hours)
  • Chick-fil-A Arrowhead will provide:
    • 100 Mini Moos “Stuffed Plush Cows” (Retail Value $5.00)
    • 100 “Be Our Guest Cards” (Retail Value $3.00)
  • The fundraising group will provide:
    • Volunteers to Wrap Cows
    • Ribbon (School Colors work GREAT!)
    • Scissors
    • Cellophane (If Desired)
  • You will have 2 weeks to sell 100 Wrapped Cows. Suggested Retail Price $5.00 - $6.00 per Wrapped Cow.
  • Dollar Breakdown Example (at $5.00 Retail Price):
    $5.00 each — 100 Wrapped Cows $500.00
    $1.00 to Chick-fil-A Arrowhead (To help cover cost of Cow) ($100.00)
    Profit $400.00

Once the 2 weeks have expired the fundraising group must return all of the unsold Wrapped Cows as well as $1.00 for every cow that was sold.
